100% Pure Maple Syrup

Our maple syrup is 100% pure with no additives.

The sap that we collect is placed in storage tanks, run through my reverse osmosis system and into the pan.

We bottle our maple syrup in 8oz, 12oz and 16oz bottles.

100% Pure Birch Syrup

(from White Paper Birch Trees)

The process (we use) to make birch syrup is completely different than how we make our maple syrup. Compared to maple, we need to collect 120-150 gallons of sap to make 1 gallon of syrup.  The sugar content from the birch tree is 1% or less.  We tap approximately 100 birch trees on our property and the season lasts for roughly 2 weeks. We run the sap through our reverse osmosis system until we have roughly 10-14% sugar content. The birch sap is then slow cooked at 185 degrees until it evaporates down to syrup consistency.

We bottle our Birch Syrup in 5oz and 3oz bottles

Please feel free to contact us via cell phone, text or email if you have any questions or would like to purchase the syrups we make.

All of our trees are tapped and the syrup is made in the spring of the year.  Once the sap is evaporated down to syrup, it is stored in air tight stainless steel storage cans.  I then bottle the syrup, as needed, throughout the summer months.
